R&D Nester in close collaboration with national and international entities

 

According to its strategy and policy of Open and Distributed Innovation, R&D Nester is permanently open to collaborate with the various entities of the Academy, Scientific and Technological System, Industry and others, both nationally and internationally.

Accordingly, during the past month, the R&D Nester received directives teams from LNEG - National Laboratory of Energy and Geology, represented by its President Professor Teresa Ponce de Leão, and also by Professor Hélder Gonçalves and Professor Ana Estanqueiro, the APREN - Portuguese Association for Renewable Energy, was represented by its President Professor António Sá da Costa, and by Eng Helder Serranho and António Lobo Gonçalves, and from INESC-Porto, by Professors João Peças Lopes and Manuel Matos.

In addition to deepening mutual institutional knowledge and publicize the activities underway and planned by both parties, it is intended through these meetings to identify potential partnerships in line with common strategic objectives.

During this month workshops will be held with the teams of ENERGYIN - Pole for Energy and with the Faculty of Engineering, from University of Coimbra.

These are meetings that aim to inform the team and the project of R&D Nester towards closer relations with national authorities, scientific and energy sector entities by promoting discussions on several topics of common interest as well as identifying opportunities for partnerships.
